Every year Andy's mom throws a "killer" Halloween Party for all 14 grandkids! It is a Cox Family tradition that we hope never stops. Grandma Sandra spends hours preparing for the big event. There are crafts, good food, costumes, and games. We really appreciate all of her hard work - she is an awesome Grandma! For one game, each family had to "wrap a mummy!" Alex was our pick - he became "mummified!" (he is the one on the left)

Now, look at these next ones! Grandma Sandra transforms her unfinished basement into a Giant Spider Web. Each grandchild has to follow a certain color of yarn through the web to find their Halloween treat. There are 14 different colors of yarn strung throughout her basement. Now add 14 kids, plus adults, all unweaving this huge web. It is crazy, but fun! The younger kids get a little frustrated so the dad's always join in.....they love it more than the kids!

These pictures don't do the web justice, but at least you get an idea!

Alex was really concentrating on keeping his yarn in a ball as he went. If you don't, oh, the mess!

We always end by trick-or-treating around the yard to each family.

Thanks Sandra for taking the time to host such a great party!
