We took the kids to see the Harlem Globetrotters on Tuesday night. I remember seeing the Globetrotters for the first time as a kid -- I was amazed! So, when I saw they were coming to Richfield (which is much closer than Salt Lake) I jumped on the chance to take the kids. It was an exciting show filled with ball tricks, big slam dunks, and lots of laughs!
This is "Globie" the mascot of the Globetrotters. Madison wanted to make sure I took a picture of him-

During the show they starting playing "Globetrotter Football." The kids were giggling at all their funny antics.

There were some "high-flyin" ball players!

After the show the team was available to sign autographs. My kids were able to meet two different players...which they thought was pretty cool.

It was a fun evening! The kids were chattering about different parts of the show on the way home. Of coarse their favorite part was when a player from the opposing team went to make a lay-up, and as he did, one of the Globetrotters pulled his shorts down to reveal some fancy boxers! They thought that was "hilarious!" Good times!

I remember when I played on the Globetrotters. I loved giving autographs to children.
