Oh, we have had some good times and good laughs at the lake this month! I have posted just a few of the highlights. I wish I could have a camera going all the time to capture high-flyin' turns, awesome ski crashes (Andy!), and crazy excited expressions. But since I am only holding a camera once in while -- here is what I have captured!
Sandra gave all her kids a "Jumbo Dog" for Father's Day. It is a huge blow-up hot dog in which 5 passengers can enjoy the ride.

Here you can see Maddie and Colette preparing for a big boat wave!

Madison once again anticipating what is ahead!

We had our fill of laughs watching these three (Karl, Clint, and Andy) have the ride of their lives. Believe it or not, their Mom was driving the boat! I think these boys deserved some pay back for the grief they caused their mom as kids. She was determined to knock them off that Jumbo Dog!!

They were pumping their fists and egging her on!

Victory! Karl is holding on for dear life as Clint and Andy splash into the water behind him.

And then.... no one! The Jumbo Dog is empty! Way to go Sandra! And the rest of the story... she left them out there to swim to shore!! J/K!

The kids have accomplished some great tasks out to the lake this year! It has been exciting to watch them. Above, AJ is knee boarding. Below, Maddie is water skiing! This was like her 2nd time trying. She was very scared at first but is slowly building confidence! Each time she gets better! Way to go Maddie!

Below is AJ water skiing. Pretty good for a 6 year old! He has the look of concentration of his face. He did awesome!

So, good times at the lake. I hope we have a few more before the weather turns too cold or the lake gets too low.

Before your kids are 10, they will know how to do everything FUN! Kind of reminds me of Karl and our brood...it was one activity after another...they learned to play, and really enjoy life! You seem to be on the same path!
I never could get up on a water-skis, but then I think I was 90 when I tried it.
Keep those pictures coming.
