Ball, Big rides, and Being with family

Madison had a softball tournament up in Brigham City this past Friday.  We turned it into a weekend family outing!  We fit in 4 softball games, pizza and swimming with the team, Lagoon, and a birthday party for my Great Aunt in Bountiful.  We spent two nights in hotels where the kids could swim and play.  Good times...

Then swimming!  It is always fun to be part of a team....even off of the softball field!  

Andy starting throwing girls in the pool....so, they teamed up and got the best of him!  He was attacked by a swarm of 10 year old girls!  

And... in he goes!  They cheered and cheered at their accomplishment!

We then hit Lagoon on Saturday.  A FULL day!  From 11:00AM to 11:00 PM.  I didn't take many photos but we rode just about every ride possible.  Finally the older two are tall enough to ride the BIG roller coasters!  We had a ball!

We spent Sunday afternoon with my Mom's family at a little reunion in Bountiful.  Griffin had fun meeting new family members.  This is my mom, her cousin Vicki, and Griff.  

This is my sweet Great Aunt Carol.  She is 85.  She is a beautiful, smart, and loving lady.  She had put together a history of her mother's ancestors and posterity.  We were each given a copy. It is a wonderful record of my ancestors.  Thanks Aunt Carol and Happy Birthday!  We love you dearly!
So that sums up the weekend activities!  I LOVE summer!    We still have AJ's birthday, Andy's birthday, one more softball tournament, and then we are off to Dallas for five days to see some friends and watch the RED SOX play ball!
